First visit::: April 17, 2010 Health Way SM The Block 7PM
I've heard so many good things about Dr. Dorothy Mildred Sia-Cu. Proven mabait nga siya, as in lahat ng tanong mo sagot siya unlike other Ob-Gyne na mahihiya kang mag ask. She explained to me & hubby everything we need to learn. She even made a list of DOs & DON'Ts when trying to conceive. Almost all my fave foods are BAWAL. So goodbye to the following:
- pizza (
my super fave) - burgers
- french fries
- softdrinks, tea & coffee
- fried / salty / fatty /sweet foods
- cabbage / cauliflower / raddish
and hello to:
- Seafoods (tuna,salmon, shellfish)
- red wine & oyster (2x / week)
- green & leafy veggies
- string beans
- nuts
- dark chocolates
- quaker oats
- sunflower seeds roasted
- soy products
- sardines
- fruits (except for papaya)
